Sub-processors
Shopiens (Wisepops) uses the following sub-processors to provide the service. They process personal data only to perform the functions described below.

| Anthropic (Claude API) | AI features: understanding your site from its public pages (what the business sells, and the kinds of pages it has from its URL structure), suggesting what to track, generating insights about your traffic, and answering and screening the questions typed into Shopiens’ chat. For the chat, Shopiens sends the question, the earlier questions and answers of that conversation and the results of the queries run to answer it. Those results can include visitor-level records (random visitor identifiers, pages, approximate location) and, on a site where visitor email addresses have been captured (by Shopiens' optional email capture or by Wisepops forms), those addresses. Neither Shopiens nor Anthropic trains models on this data. | United States |
Not sub-processors
When you connect your own AI client (e.g. claude.ai) to Shopiens, that AI provider processes data under your own arrangement with them, as your processor, not ours. (Shopiens' own server-side use of the Anthropic API for the AI features above is the listed sub-processor.)
Approximate location is derived from the IP address on our own infrastructure; no third party receives the IP address for this purpose.
