How is it different from Shopify Sidekick?
Sidekick helps you run your store and answers from your Shopify data. Chat also reads every session: what shoppers looked at, compared and left, and where your ads sent them.
How do I know an answer is right?
Every answer names its period and shows its numbers. “See the data” lists the scope, the comparison and the limits. A number it cannot read is shown as unavailable, never as zero. When the cause is outside your store data, like an ad budget in Meta, it says so.
